The Bowlin Group of Companies has acquired PowerPlus Electric Inc., an electrical construction company with offices in Tucson and Pensacola, Fla., according to a news release.
Details of the transaction were not released.
PowerPlus, founded in 1997, provides services to power and utility companies and developers of military housing. Johnny Griffin, an original founding partner, will remain as PowerPlus president, the release says.
The privately owned Bowlin Group LLC, based in Walton, Ky., provides power and telecommunications infrastructure to clients in numerous industries.
