Folks will be belting out Toby Keith songs at the Tucson Mall come this fall.
That's when Phoenix-based Boomtown Entertainment LLC. will open Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill in a 20,000-square-foot space across from Cheesecake Factory in the mall. The restaurant is expected to open around Oct. 1, said Boomtown CEO Frank Capri.
“We can’t wait to get opened,” Capri said. “It’s going to be a big venue, state of the art. Great food, great music. There’s going to be nothing like it in Tucson.”
This will be the company's second Arizona location — they have 11 others around the country. Capri said they plan to open a third location in Phoenix's west valley later this year.
