Garage parking at Tucson International Airport will drop a couple of bucks to $9 a day starting July 13.
The temporary rate cut is to encourage visitors to use the garage during maintenance on the hourly and daily parking lots in front of the terminal, the Tucson Airport Authority announced Thursday.
Staring July 27 those lots will be seal coated in phases so they remain open at the usual $9 a day. The work is to take about 45 days. Prices at economy lots will remain $4 and $6 a day.
