A 1950s commercial building at 3250 E. Speedway is being demolished for redevelopment. Retail is planned for the front of the lot but is in the very early planning stages, says Venture West Construction, the demolition contractor. The site was the longtime home of Guilin Chinese restaurant, which has relocated to 4445 E. Broadway, and also previously held a lawyer’s office, a hair salon and other commercial tenants.
