- PV BCF LLC bought a commercial building at 5251 S. Julian Drive from Palo Verde Property for $2.3 million, according to documents filed with the Pima County Recorder. Both firms are based in California.
- Ontario-based Arizona Retreat Trust bought a condo at the Miraval Resort for $2.15 million from Philippe and Martine Bourguignon of Tucson.
- SouthSide Plaza LLC and Dahlstrom Valencia Mercado bought the Food City plaza at the corner of West Valencia Road and South 12th Avenue for $2.58 million from Maverick Holding Co., SouthSide Mercado LLC, Skymika Investments, and 12th and Valencia Pad.
