CyraCom International Inc. has signed a five-year lease on 30,000 square feet at the Tucson Airport Center.
Cyracom plans to use the space, 2801 and 2849 E. Elvira Road, for a new interpreter center housing 400 new employees.
Robert L. Davis, William L. DiVito and Howard Kong, all of Grubb & Ellis' Tucson office, handled the transaction for CyraCom and Holualoa Arizona Inc.
CyraCom provides language assistance specifically for healthcare services and is endorsed by the American Hospital Association, Grubb & Ellis said in a news release.
It provides over-the-phone interpretation services for healthcare providers and patients. CyraCom also operates interpreter centers in Nogales and Las Cruces, N.M.
