• 18Teen Jak Properties LLLP bought Oakwood Terrace Apartments, a 57-unit complex at 2740 N. Balboa Ave., from Pinnacle Realty Investors LLC for $915,000. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented the buyer.
• TDD Properties Inc. bought a 21,980-square-foot office building at 3131 N. Country Club Road from MLCFC 2007-9 Office 3131 LLC for $910,000. Rick Kleiner, with Picor, represented the seller.
• Monteer Properties LLC bought a 13-unit apartment complex at 115 E. Alturas St. from The Sotirios and Claire Mitsios Trust for $325,000. Allan Mendelsberg, of Picor, represented the seller, and Edgar Waters, with Realty Executives Tucson Elite, represented the buyer.
