The merchants of The River Center at East River and North Craycroft roads are celebrating the near-completion of all the road construction in their area by putting on a Family Holiday Festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
The event will feature live music, free refreshments, raffles with $1,000 in prizes, free glitter face painting, holiday sales, a visit with Santa's helpers and a toy collection to benefit The Giving Tree and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
