Stanley Inc., which recently opened a passport-processing center in Tucson, has acquired a national technology company with offices in Sierra Vista. The sale of Oberon Associates Inc., for $170 million closed in June.
Oberon provides engineering, operational intelligence and information-technology support to the U.S. military and other federal agencies.
