Gallery Row, a prominent Tucson shopping center that features arts, crafts and a locally owned restaurant, is facing foreclosure.
Borrower Gallery Row LP, which owns the property on East Skyline Drive near North Campbell Avenue, received notice it was delinquent on a $5.9 million loan recorded in September 2006.
An auction has been scheduled for Aug. 18 at the Pima County Courthouse, 110 W. Congress St., according to documents filed with the Pima County Recorder’s Office.
Negotiations that are ongoing with the lender, though, will likely prevent that sale, said Bruce Romano, of Romano Real Estate, which manages the property.
