Blum joins Fein, Flynn law firm
Cheryl Inzunza Blum has joined the personal injury law firm of Fein, Flynn & Associates PC. She will represent consumers in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and elder abuse matters. Blum has practiced law in Tucson for more than a decade and previously was an attorney in private practice. Blum speaks fluent Spanish and French and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association.
New attorney at Snell & Wilmer
Jamie Heisler Ibrahim joined the Tucson office of Snell & Wilmer LLP. Her practice concentrates on health care and general commercial litigation. Ibrahim graduated magna cum laude in government/international studies from the University of Notre Dame, and worked from 1998 to 2000 as an honors paralegal with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division.

5 new trustees
The Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona has added five women to its board of trustees. They are Terry Babcock-Lumish, a visiting scholar at the University of Arizona; Kerstin Block, president of Buffalo Exchange; Judith "Judy" Gans, director of the immigration policy project at the UA's Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy; Ethel Macrea, histotechnologist; and Simone Pollard, associate director of the master's of business administration program at UA's Eller College of Management.

Sargent is COO at ambulance firm
Southwest Ambulance promoted Jeff Sargent to chief operating officer overseeing Arizona, New Mexico and Utah operations, the second-highest position for Southwest Ambulance. He will retain his role as senior vice president overseeing Rural/Metro Fire Department's Pima County and Yuma County operations. Sargent began his career with Southwest in 1990 as an entry-level emergency medical technician.
