A pair of businesses at north-side St. Philip’s Plaza are thinking bigger.
Liv Café & Bistro is expanding into the space next to it that’s currently occupied by W Boutique.
W Boutique, in turn, is upgrading to a larger, vacant area in the plaza, on North Campbell Avenue south of East River Road.
