Three apartment complexes in central Tucson were sold in one transaction.
Rancho Encanto is two properties with the same name, a 22-unit complex and a 14-unit complex at 1030 N. Camino Miramonte, near Speedway and Country Club Road. The third is an 8-unit complex at 3301 E. Second St., in the same area.
The buyers, Drs. Sergio and Marta Blesa, and the seller, McKinley Family Living Trust, were both represented by Lance Parsons, with ABI Multifamily. The sale price was $770,000.

- Sarah Kats Irrevocable Trust bought a 1,140-square-foot retail building at 1055 E. Irvington Road from Stuart S. Carey and Kathryn A. Carrey, B&B Merritt Real Estate LLC, for $170,000. Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, represented the seller.
- Noran Eric Ruden bought 55,839 square feet of vacant land on Cerius Stravenue, just south of Cortaro Farms Road to build a corporate office for Essential Pest Management. The purchase price was $75,000. Debbie Heslop, with Volk Co. represented the buyer and David Carroll, of Romano Real Estate, represented the sellers, Thomas E. and Melody C. Eberhard.
- Hoffman Southwest Corp. leased 29,060 square feet at 3190 N. Freeway Industrial Loop from GYRLS Group LLC. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
- L-com Inc. leased 25,008 square feet at 2000 E. Silverlake Road from Cherrylake Partners LLC. Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall, with Picor, represented the landlord and Bill Honsaker, with Jones Lange LaSalle Americas, represented the tenant.
- The Arizona State Retirement System leased 7,114 square feet of office space at 4400 E. Broadway from 4400 Broadway LLC. Michael Gross, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the landlord and Chris Corney, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the tenant.
- Tucson Dermatology Ltd. leased 4,933 square feet at 6565 E. Carondelet Drive from Tucson II Mob Owner LLC. Rick Kleiner and Tom Knox, with Picor, represented the landlord and Esther Empens, with Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the tenant.
- Global RV leased 3,660 square feet at 5150 N. La Cholla Blvd. from Sixteenth St. LLC. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
