National Retail Properties LP has purchased 1,625 square feet at 5465 E. Broadway from Maqsood & Sabina Enterprises LLC. Thomas English of Thomas English Real Estate represented the buyer and Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the seller.
Tin Cup Properties LLC purchased the property located at 1624 S. Euclid Ave., consisting of an approximately 8,000-square-foot building on 78,200 square feet of land from the Normal Trust for $350,000. Chuck Blacher of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the seller and Ron Zimmerman of Cushman & Wakefield/Picor represented the buyer.
