Century 21 Heritage Realty at 7740 N. Oracle Road has been sold to Idaho-based investment-property specialist Lawrence & Associates. Stacy McBain, a partner in Lawrence & Associates, said her company thinks Tucson is a "prime market for investment," particularly for multifamily-property buyers.
Lawrence & Associates handles property management for apartments and other properties. McBain said her company is also interested in handling sales in Tucson.
Century 21 Heritage broker Darrell Obert, will leave his position after nearly 30 years, mainly for health reasons, he said. The brokerage has about 25 agents, he said.
