This is the exterior of the old Reilly funeral home on East Pennington which is being remodeled and turned into the Reilly Craft Pizza and Drink. Demolition of the interior of the structure, which was built in 1906 (1906), started in December 2011 and it is now entering the construction phase, said owner Tyler Fenton.

Eventually, the second story is planned to be converted into two separate apartments, he said, with the basement being used for storage, an outdoor patio area for dining and a former garage that will be turned into a beer garden.
