Fox Restaurant Concepts plans to hold an open-house job fair to fill management and kitchen positions from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at North Italia at La Encantada, 2995 E. Skyline Road.
Fox says it will be hiring for all of its local restaurants, including Zinburger, North Italia, Blanco Tacos + Tequila and Wildflower. Positions include restaurant managers, general managers, assistant general managers, executive chefs, executive sous chefs and sous chefs. Candidates must have at least one year of restaurant experience.
Founded by Sam Fox in Tucson in 1998, Fox Restaurant Concepts has about 475 employees at its four restaurants in Tucson and nearly 4,000 at more than 40 locations in Arizona and seven other states.
