Rumbo: a profile
● Rumbo, a new chain of Spanish-language newspapers, has started four daily papers in Texas this year.
● Locations: San Antonio, Houston, Austin and the Rio Grande Valley. Rumbo's combined circulation is just under 100,000 a day.
● In each of the markets Rumbo has entered in recent months, the dominant English-language newspaper has reacted by creating or buying newspapers to compete with Rumbo's tabloids.
