Nickelodeon will celebrate 10 years of SpongeBob, one of the network's most popular cartoon characters, with a 50-hour marathon beginning Friday at 8 p.m.
The gang will all be there: Patrick Star, Squidward Tentacles, Gary the snail and, of course, SpongeBob, as the underwater residents of Bikini Bottom float from one crazy misadventure to the next.
The series has been a cash cow for Nickelodeon. Time magazine named it one of the greatest television shows of all-time in 2007.
