Several thousand showed up to participate and to watch the Tucson Zombie Walk Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012. Patrick Reed, deputy director of Tucson Zombie Walk, estimated more than 3,000 were going to enter the costume and make-up contest. The proceeds from the five dollar entry fee or $5 in canned goods are to be donated to the Community Food Bank.
