Culver's owner Kevin Hart was scurrying about nearly breathlessly Wednesday afternoon.
The buzz in the dining room of his newly-opened Culver's at 40 S. Broadway Place nearly drowned out his voice over the phone.
"We are busy," he proclaimed, which is not surprising.
The buzz surrounding the opening of Hart's east-side Culver's restaurant and another one on the northwest side - which is scheduled to open Monday - has been non-stop since the Wisconsin restaurant chain announced months ago that it was entering the Tucson market.
Both of the restaurants are independently owned and feature the Wisconsin-based burger chains signature ButterBurgers, sandwiches, salads and custard.
Culver's, located off Broadway and Prudence, is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Details: 777-3213.
