The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain's CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar is unrolling its Sunday brunch, a weekly farm-to-table extravaganza focusing on locally-grown ingredients.
The cost is $48 or $60 (which includes mimosa) per adult and includes an array of breakfast and midday buffet selections, along with chef's cooking stations. Highlights include hand-rolled sushi, seafood and roasted meats, and the resort's freshly-made pastries.
Brunch is served 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays at the Ritz, 15000 N. Secret Springs Drive, Marana. For reservations, call 572-3000.
