Mark Kelly will challenge Aaron Rodgers, quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, and Kevin O’Leary, “Mr. Wonderful” from the show “Shark Tank,” when an episode of “Celebrity Jeopardy!” airs Tuesday.
Kelly, a retired astronaut, will play for the Memorial Hermann Foundation in support of the Houston hospital that cared for his wife, former U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, after she was wounded in the January 2011 shooting in Tucson.
“Jeopardy is an iconic institution,” said Kelly in a video posted to the show’s Facebook page. “The opportunity to play for a charity, one that my wife Gabby Giffords and I really care about, it was something we just couldn’t pass up.”
Giffords will also make a brief appearance, according to press materials. The show airs in Tucson Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. on KGUN-TV.
