Mini’s Cupcakes & Ambrosia Cakes has a new address.
On May 31, the baker left Casa Adobes Plaza at Ina and Oracle roads. This week, the shop moved in with the custom-cake and pastry maker Le Bon Gâteau at 4695 N. Oracle Road, next to Jimmy John’s near the Tucson Mall.
Owner Jaynie Rossi said the pairing is a natural fit. Both bakers complement one another’s business and have similar customer bases, she said.
Mini’s had been at Casa Adobes since late 2010.
