Remember several years back when pop diva Cher was criss-crossing the country on her years-long "Farewell"/"Never Can Say Goodbye" tour that stopped in Tucson twice? Well she's saying hello again when she kicks off her 49-city "Dressed To Kill" tour at US Airways Center in Phoenix on March 22.
