California-based Pieology Pizzeria is opening its first Tucson outpost on Wednesday at 914 E. Speedway.
It's the first of what the chain says will be at least five Tucson locations.
The first five people in the door Wednesday — it opens at 11 a.m. — will get free pizza for a month. The next 250 people get a voucher for a free pie on their next visit.
The restaurant also will donate a $1 from every purchase to Tu Nidito Children and Family Services Wednesday through Friday.
Also on Wednesday, you can enter to win a free iPad by posting an opening-day photo to your Twitter or Facebook with #PieologyTucson.
Pieology, located at Speedway near North Park Avenue near the University of Arizona, will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. It joins a handful of other fast-casual pizzerias to open in Tucson since the summer including Tucson's own Pionic Pizza, at 2643 N. Campbell Ave.
