New owner Churchill Brauninger welds the wheels on to an enormous table he plans to use at his new bar, the Saint Charles Tavern, at 1632 S Fourth Ave. The thick, heavy table comes from an old barn that was in Amado, Ariz. Brauninger and wife Elizabeth Menke are part of a renaissance of sorts taking place in South Tucson. With some businesses and people being priced out of the revived downtown area they are looking south for another start.
