5 things to eat, drink at the Conquistadores Classic

To get the Conquistadores Classic into full swing, Legends Bar and Grill at the Omni Tucson National Resort is breaking out a special golf-themed menu. Members of the hotel’s culinary team Jonathan Stutzman and Jeff White put together a list of sandwiches all named after famous golf players. The bar is also mixing up an adult Arnold Palmer garnished with a grilled lemon.

The "Huckleberry Dillinger"
The “Huckleberry Dillinger,” $15, takes its name from two-time Tucson Open winner Tom Watson. It’s a chile-spiked pork torta that’s layered with guacamole and asadero cheese.
The Best Ball at the Omni
The Best Ball, $14, created for the Tucson Conquistadores Classic at the Omni Tucson National Resort, features meatballs spiced with cilantro chimichurri sauce and topped with arugula, shaved Parmesan and roasted tomatoes.
Third Generation Margarita
The official drink of the tournament, the Third Generation Margarita, features Sauza Tres Generaciones Reposado tequila along with Cointreau, fresh lime and agave nectar.
The Miel de Vida features tequila that's infused with looseleaf honeybush tea.
