The Competitive Cyclist Racing Team is hosting a benefit at the Playground Lounge & Bar Thursday to help put at-risk kids on bicycles.
From 7 to 10 p.m., a $10 ticket gets you in the door for a beer and wine reception with hors d'oeuvres. Cocktails aren't included.
 Proceeds benefit El Grupo, a local program to introduce at-risk and underserved teens to bike racing.
The Playground is at 278 E. Congress St.
