The iconic Afro-Cuban jazz rock band War will not be slipping into Tucson this spring.
The band this week called off its May 26 concert at Desert Diamond Casino. Casino officials in announcing the cancellation gave no reason, but said ticketholders will get a full refund either from the casino box office, 1100 W. Pima Mine Road, or refunded to their credit cards if you ordered online at startickets.com, casino officials said.
