And you thought your yoga class was tough.
On Sunday, some truly flexible folk will offer a lesson in what it means to push your body to the limit.
The Golden Dragon Acrobats will twist, bend and bound into town for a 2 p.m. show at Centennial Hall, 1020 E. University Blvd.
The amazing acrobats will rest on elevated chairs, using their feet to juggle one, two, three, four soccer balls, then flip the balls from person to person. Then they'll stand on their hands and, with one foot, balance a chandelier made of water glasses.
The gravity-defying 21-member troupe, based in China's Hebei province, travels the world performing acrobatics to contemporary and ancient music.
Tickets are $20-$44. For more information, call 621-3341 or go to uapresents.org.
