The bi-annual family-friendly Fourth Avenue Winter Street Fair returns with over 350+ artists and vendors to shop from around the world.
The free event is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
