Two runners hustle across a field for the start of the first ever Desert Boneyard 5K Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group's aircraft storage facility on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Ariz. Roughly 600 people signed up for the event that ran participants through the boneyard's 2,600 acres that serve as home to 4,000 aircraft and aerospace vehicles from all branches of the military.
