Rebecca Wingate and her husband, Joseph Wingate, were booked into the Pima County jail Aug. 21, 2013, and face charges of theft from a vulnerable adult and fraudulent schemes and artifices. The couple operated a Tucson assisted-living facility and are suspected of stealing more than $150,000 from a 92-year-old woman in their care.
