Marana police arrested Chad Berkley and eight other people in a recent DUI and traffic warrant sweep, authorities said on April 28.
The recent sweep was part of an effort to clear up some of the 100 active warrants issued by Marana Municipal Court, said Sgt. Chris Warren, a Marana Police Department spokesman.
In addition to the nine arrests, three suspects were found to already be in jail.
