Skiers head for the trail after exiting the Curtis Chairlift as Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley fires up the lower lifts for skiers and snowboarders on Jan. 27, 2017, on Mount Lemmon north of Tucson, Ariz. The lower lift is operational, but the lift to the top of the hill remains closed after winter storms and severe winds toppled trees and damaged the cabling. Lift tickets are available for a reduced price of $35 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under. Mike Christy / Arizona Daily Star
