Peter Delfakis fires up another batch of saganaki as the sun sets on the opening night of the 43rd Annual Greek Festival at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 1145 E. Ft. Lowell Road, Sept. 26. The festival continues through the weekend, Friday from 5-11 p.m., Saturday 4-11 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. General admission is $3, 55 years old and older, first responders, military and children under 12 are free.
