Erica Kristine Flynn, an elementary school teacher in Chandler, was arrested in suspicion of second-degree murder in connection with a fatal DUI-related wreck on Dec. 27. Police said Flynn, 30, was driving more than 75 miles per hour when she ran a red light in Chandler, hitting a vehicle that was making a left turn. Kathleen Mae Searcy, 66, was killed.
Flynn had a blood alcohol content that was over three times the legal threshold, the Associated Press reporte
