Tucson celebrations in 2014

It is the celebration of the breaking of the fast marking the end of Ramadan at the Tucson Convention Center, 260 S Church Ave. Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar where the faithful observe a month of fasting. The observance is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. Those who observe Ramadan fast from dawn to sunset where they abstain from food, drinking liquids and more.
