The newly finished memorial on the west side of the historic Pima County Courthouse, features an acre of gardens, paths, two reflecting pools and modern-day petroglyphs that tell the story of Tucsonans who were killed or wounded in the 2011 shooting. It will be dedicated today on the 10th anniversary of the shooting.
