Legacy de México remanufactured ink cartridges, so workers in the now-closed factory have plenty of liquid ink to sell. Victor Manuel Valverde Romero still shows up for work each day, sometimes donning a navy-blue coat with the Legacy emblem on the side when he’s cleaning or dismantling equipment.
