Kim (aka @colorful_kimmes) is a Netherlands-based entrepreneur who turned her enthusiasm for maximalist interiors into a content-creator career. Her posts, focusing on bright and playful rooms in her retro maximalist home, aim to, “inspire people to add more color to their life.” A few minutes spent browsing her whimsical Instagram is sure to motivate you to add a few bold shades to your own house.

Bristol-based artist, designer and DIY writer Marcie Kobernus (aka @marciekdesigns) describes her style as, “a mix between Jumanji and Alice and Wonderland.” If that sounds hard to picture, a few minutes spent scrolling her whimsical Instagram will clear things up.
