LEROY, Katherine M. Romero, 102, passed away peacefully at her home on March 25, 2017. Preceded in death by her husband Louis LeRoy, Sr.; son, Louis LeRoy, Jr.; parents, Josefa Maldonado Romero and Manuel Ronquillo Romero; and brothers, Jose and Isidro Romero. Born October 3, 1914 in Tucson, AZ. Katherine "Katy" is survived by children, Jeanette Lee-Randall, Lorraine Merkel, and Kenneth LeRoy; brothers, Ramon M. Romero and Carlos Romero; sisters, Gloria Romero Muniz, Teresa Romero Vasquez; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass is Saturday, April 8, 2017, 9:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Yuma, AZ.
