Karla R. Lea-Tenor
passed away on March 25, 2013 after a courageous nine month battle with cancer. Born November 9, 1957 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Karla will be remembered for being very artistically talented in many areas such as cake decorating, award winning one-of-a-kind dolls, and the ability to make or buy a gift that was so personal and perfect that it would move you to tears. She also had a great love of all animals; they all had a special place in her heart. Karla is survived by her loving husband, Bob Tenor; her siblings, Valerie Lea and Barry Lea and her parents, Patricia Lea and Jack Lea. Karla's wish was to donate her body for organ and tissue donation and research, and that wish was honored. She lit up a room like the sun lights up a clear blue sky, Her beauty would take your breath away and make an angel cry, All of God's creatures knew she was a friend through and through, Even those crazy monkeys at the Reid Park Zoo, Maybe she burned too brightly like a supernova in the night so vast, Maybe as Edgar wrote "a dream too bright to last", I will treasure our memories forever, But our 30 years together went by much too fast. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.
