Christiane M. Migom
62, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2015, with her loving husband at her side. Chris had fought a six year long battle with cancer and was finally tired of the fight. Chris was born in Antwerp, Belgium to Franscois Migom and Angelina Oomen and is survived by her husband, Fred Huntington of Tucson; daughter, Jill Van Vlaenderen; granddaughter, Ellen Janssens; son-in-law, Philippe Janssens; father, Frank Migom and stepmother, Claudie Danckers of Belgium. Chris owned a folk art store in the heart of Antwerp and came to the states to tour the southwest and purchase American Indian art for her store. The Indian Art business is how she met her husband of 14 years. Chris was an animal lover, finding homes for abandoned cats as long as she had the strength. Donations can be made to St. Jude's or the Humane Society. A Wake will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 2445 N.
