Michael Paul Sheats
passed away to join his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 20, 2012. Mike was born on January 1, 1978; the first and biggest boy born that year in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. He is survived by his loving parents, David and Joanne Sheats, beloved sister Sara Sheats and her children, Breonn and Ryon. He is also survived by a host of loving extended family and friends. Mike never met a stranger and was always ready to lend a helping hand. The loss of our gentle giant will leave a hole in our hearts and a void in our lives. Mike loved and lived life to the fullest. In lieu of flowers please make any memorials to the Gospel Rescue Mission. Mike felt very strongly about giving to the homeless and those less fortunate. The Service to honor Mike will be at Streams in the Desert Lutheran Church on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. A light offering of Mike's favorite desserts will be served.
