Andre Ryan Edwards
19, Andre, Gordy, Andres, Papi, Dre passed away January 8, 2014 with his family by his side at UMC in Tucson, AZ. Andre was born July 31, 1994 to Larry Edwards and Yvette Solano. Survived by his brother, Aaron Budd; grandfather, "Tata Mon" Raul Rodriguez and his "Nanni" Blanca Martinez, immediate family, Cristal Rodriguez, Joeanne Martinez and girlfriend, Alexx Dominguez along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Andre grew up in Oro Valley attending Copper Creek Elementary, St. Ambrose Catholic School and graduating from Santa Rita High School May 2012. Andre was very active in sports and kept us all busy with his schedules for football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, the swim club, taekwando. Hobbies included skate boarding, biking, boating, golf, dirt bikes and as he grew older...his cars. A shoe enthusiast, most of his Saturday mornings were dedicated to standing in line for the newest Jordan's to arrive. Andre enjoyed spending his summers in California and was also well traveled. His travels included Spain, France, Italy and Mexico. Andre was getting ready to deploy to the Navy before he left us and was also expecting a son in April. Although we are deeply saddened at his passing, we know that he's in a better place. Rest in the Light Andres, we love you. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY (Center Chapel) 240 S.
