Ellilah Rose Chico
was carried to heaven on the wings of an angel on May 22, 2014. She was a vibrant and beautiful little girl who was taken too soon. She passed away with her loving family by her side. Ellilah Rose is preceded in death by her Papa, Austin Chico, Sr. She is survived by her mother, Melissa Chico (Callum); her Auntie, Tara Chico (Billy/Babe); her Uncle, Austin Chico, Jr.; her Nanie, Erin Chico; her Granny's, Theresa and Becky and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. In her 2½ years Ellilah Rose left a footprint on the hearts of those she met. Her smile was contagious and she brought so much joy to our lives. Many often said she was wise beyond her years. She loved to play outside, swim, dance and sing. Some of her favorite things were the Mickey Mouse Club, bubbles, Frozen, Sofia the First, her friends, and Wilber and Wilma. She will always be in our hearts and we will miss her. Ellilah Rose, thank you for the many blessings and gifts you have given us in these past two years. We love you. The Wake will be on Sunday, June 1, 2014 and will begin at 6:00 p.m.; Rosary starting at 6:30 p.m. at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN. The Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 2, 2014 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
