Charles Stuart Wright, Jr.

born November 1, 1940, died December 30, 2012. Chuck was born in Sherman, TX to Charles and Charla Fay Wright. He moved to CA at age ten. He served in the US Navy at 18, then attended Pierce College and earned a degree in Construction Engineering. He worked 30 years in the heating and air conditioning trade throughout L.A. and Tucson. After retiring, Chuck became a special needs school bus driver for Amphitheater School District. Chuck's faith in God was the heart of everything he did. He coached youth track and field in CA. He enjoyed fishing, camping, dirt bike riding and most recently, flying RC planes. He taught his children to appreciate life and respect others. Chuck was preceded in death by his son, Charles Alan. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 51 years, Barbara; daughter, Jennifer (Tim) Hendrickson; son, John (Sarah) Wright and nephew, Chris (Kim) Pearson and nine grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at DESERT SUNSET FUNERAL HOME on Orange Grove Rd. Friday, January 4, 2013 Viewing 9:00 a.m., Services 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Kim Taylor presiding.
