Col. Frank (Pancho) W. Nunnally
USAF (Ret), 88, was promoted to Heaven on December 8, 2011 in Tucson, AZ. Born in Youngstown, OH, graduated from University of Pittsburg, with Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and received his Masters from the National War College in International Affairs. He had a long and illustrious flying career in SAC, where he flew, B25's, B47's, KC135's and B52's. He was stationed at Davis Monthan AFB, March AFB and Offuttt AFB along with time in Europe, SE Asia, Pentagon and B1 Development. He retired in 1974 after more than 31 years of service. His decorations included the "Legion of Merit", "The Meritorious Service Medal" Air Medal & Clusters along with numerous other commendations. He moved back to Tucson, AZ and became a broker for Tucson Realty. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Pat) of 43 years; three sons, Bill, Ben and Brett Nunnally; daughter, Joanne Cardero and six grandkids.
